The Congolese national was jailed for nearly 11 years for raping a girl of 15 in Oxford in 2023.
The latest charges relate to sex attacks in the same city between June 2016 and June 2017.
The Sun revealed Mayela defied multiple attempts to deport him after arriving in the UK illegally in 2004.
He even carried a sign saying “migrants are not criminals” during a protest at a detention centre in Oxfordshire.
It included an incident where flight attendants on an Air France plane refused to take off for Congo’s capital Brazzaville with him onboard.
Mayela claimed Home Office staff had broken his hand and he was unfit to fly.
Mayela originally pleaded guilty to a single count of rape last April but later tried to revoke his plea, which a judge refused.
The Home Office initially refused Mayela’s asylum claim but he successfully challenged the decision at an immigration tribunal.
He was granted leave to remain on appeal in 2010.
Mayela, a former porter at the John Radcliffe Hospital, will be sentenced at Oxford crown court on June 6.
