THE son of Premier League icon Darren Fletcher was dubbed a “superstar in the making” after scoring an incredible goal for Manchester United U21s in the EFL Trophy.
Jack Fletcher scored twice as the Red Devils beat Barnsley 3-2 on Tuesday.

Vimal Yoganathan scored twice to put the hosts 2-0 up by half-time, but United’s Ethan Ennis got one back in the 81st minute.
Fletcher then turned the match on its head completely with two goals in quick succession – one of which was a wonder strike.
With the score at 2-2 the 17-year-old unleashed a stunning half-volley from at least 25 yards out.
The ball flew into the top-left corner, leaving the Barnsley players gobsmacked.
Fans took to social media to react to the strike, with one person writing: “Superstar in the making here.”
Another commented: “Absolutely superb.”
A third wrote: “Kid is truly a baller.”
While a fourth said: “Man Utd has some general talent here.”

Fletcher has been with the Red Devils since he joined from Manchester City last summer.
He signed his first professional contract in April and is now expected to follow in the footsteps of his dad, Darren.
The 40-year-old spent 20 years with United and made 342 senior appearances.
He is now a first-team coach at Old Trafford.
