A FIRE chief under investigation by his fire service was found dead at his home yesterday.
Wayne Brown faced questions about his £180,000-a-year role as head of West Midlands Fire and Rescue.

He was understood to have been suspended from his role and faced multiple accusations on social media.
A fire service spokesman said: “We are devastated to report that
Wayne was found dead at his home this morning.
“All our thoughts and love are with his family, friends and colleagues.”
