Footballer, 20, jailed for 12 months over car smash that left man wheelchair-bound for life

FOOTBALLER Philippe Lanquetin has been sent to prison – for causing a car smash that left a man confined to a wheelchair for life. The centre-back, 20, plays for Dutch club ADO Den Haag on loan from Portuguese side Estoril.
