WASPS rugby club have been liquidated more than two years after entering administation.
The historic club won the Rugby Premiership on six occasions between 1990 and 2008, and won the European Cup in 2004 and 2007.

Wasps have boasted England greats such as Laurence Dallaglio, Phil Vickery and Steve Thompson, but their 159-year history is now over.
An update on Companies House shows the club has been dissolved following liquidation.
Wasps entered administration in October 2022 and were suspended, leading to relegation from the league and all staff being made redundant.
Former owners built up a debt of £100million following a move to 32,609-seat stadium Coventry Building Society Arena in 2014.
Wolves owed money to local firms including Arena tenants Coventry City who were owed about £465,000.
They owed more than £21m to public bodies and their inability to pay resulted in administration.
However there was hope to revitalise the club under new owner Christopher Holland.
Wasps hoped to secure a place in the Championship for the 2025-26 campaign, and were even look at stadiums to play their games.

Charlton’s The Valley was under consideration before plans were put in place to build a new 28,000-seat stadium.
Wasps bought land at a site in Swanley in Sevenoaks and even announced the news with a picture of a glistening state-of-the-art stadium.
