WRESTLING star Aiden English may be out of WWE but he has gotten into the best shape of his life.
English, whose real name is Matthew Rehwoldt, showed off his epic body transformation on social media, with the caption: “This is 36.”

“Hoping to inch toward 40 in the best shape of my life,” he added.
Many wrestling fans were impressed by his muscular frame.
“Wow,” one fan said simply.
“Matt, what’s the ab routine?” another said.
“I’m 10 years older and I feel like I can never catch up!” a third added.
English is currently a color commentator for Impact Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
But he is in talks to reunite with his former tag team partner Simon Gotch for a match on the independent scene.
Known as The Vaudevillains in WWE, the duo won the NXT Tag Team Championship in August 2015.
The tag team partners disbanded in 2017, however, and English was released from his WWE contract in 2020 during the pandemic.
He then signed with Impact Wrestling in 2021.
While English’s focus is on commentary, he is still open to a return to the ring with Gotch.
“Nobody had asked [us] about reuniting,” English said.
“We hadn’t even done any meet and greets, any signings together until somebody four or five months ago asked, and I was like, ‘I’m game if he’s game. Let’s do one.’
“So we did. We’ve done two of those together, and while we were there, we was chatting it up.
“[I said], ‘Man, I don’t know. I haven’t bumped in so long. I don’t know if I’m in the right shape for it and everything like that.’
“He goes like, ‘Dude, we don’t have to, like, do 20-foot ladder bumps and all this stuff. We can go out there one match at a time.
“‘You can have some fun. You don’t have to take any stupid bumps, I’ll take the bumps.’”
