A BABY has died and two women and a man have been injured following a horror head-on crash in Leeds.
A 54-year-old man was arrested after the four-month-old boy died yesterday on Horsforth Road near Rodley.

The tragic car crash involved a Vauxhall Vivaro van travelling northbound when it was in a head-on collision with a Toyota Auris.
Two women from the Toyota and a man from the Vivaro were also taken to hospital for treatment.
The 54-year-old male who was driving the Vivaro has was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He was released on bail yesterday as the investigation continues.
Cops are appealing for witnesses to provide any valuable information about the incident.
West Yorkshire Police said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has footage that will assist this investigation is asked to contact the Major Collision Enquiry Team on 101.”
