Frantic hunt for missing woman, 27, who was last seen leaving home in pyjamas two days ago

POLICE are frantically searching for a missing woman who was last seen leaving home in her pyjamas two days ago.

Alexandra, 27, from Barnsley, was last seen on Saturday March 1 at 7am.

She was reported missing after she failed to return home on Sunday March 2.

Alexandra has been described by South Yorkshire Police as a white woman, 5ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with long brown hair.

Her hair is usually tied in a top knot, the statement adds.

Alexandra was last seen wearing grey pyjama trousers and a black puffer jacket.

She has links to Barnsley town centre, Monk Bretton, and Lundwood.

Police are growing “increasingly concerned” for Alexandra’s welfare and urge anyone with any information to come forward.
