A TEACHER has been knifed to death by an “Allahu Akbar”-shouting knifeman as former Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal calls for a Day of Jihad.
It came as there was a flurry of chaos worldwide with an Israeli diplomat brutally stabbed in China and large crowds attempting to storm the Israeli border with Jordan.

Protesters were teargassed in Jordan close to the border with Israel
The attack in France took place at a high school in the town of Arras, Lycée Gambetta Carnot, according to French news outlets BFMTV and Le Parisien.
The former Hamas leader earlier called for Friday to be a global day of rage against supporters of Israel.
He urged his “brothers and sisters” in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt to rally around their Palestinian brethren and “head to the squares and streets of the Arab and Islamic world” on the Day of Jihad.
Israel’s foreign ministry confirmed an Israeli embassy worker was hospitalised but “in a stable condition” after being attacked in Beijing on Friday.
Meanwhile, Jordanian police have started firing tear gas as protesters march toward the West Bank border in solidarity with Palestinians.
No explicit link has been made between the incidents.
The attacker in France was about 20 years old and could have been a former pupil, says BFMTV.
His brother was reportedly also arrested.
Two teachers and a technical agent were among the alleged victims, with one injured and one in a state of “absolute emergency”, according to Le Parisien.
The person killed was a French language teacher, while a sports teacher was reportedly stabbed and injured.
An investigating source confirmed the worlds “Allahu Akhbar” – Arabic for “God is the Greatest” – were shouted by the attacker.
They said: “There are reports of around five people in all being stabbed, including the deceased.”
A high school student told Le Parisien the incident started about 11am Friday morning.
The teenager said he received a video of the suspect entering the school while he was in a meeting and described the situation as “extremely confused”.
The high school students remain confined at the school.
France’s Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin wrote on X, formerly Twitter, on Friday morning: “A police operation took place at the Gambetta high school in Arras.
“The perpetrator was arrested by the police.”
Local police confirmed there had been a knife attack and regional authorities confirmed the attacker was arrested.
