MISSING mum Gaynor Lord had made plans with a pal to play tennis in the new year.
The mum vanished a week ago – after CCTV saw her leaving work early before running through Norwich city centre.

Gaynor called Julie twice on the day she vanished
Norwich Constabulary declared her missing after they found her ID inside a handbag – and learned she’d failed to return home from work that evening.
Her white work shirt, yellow tank top, and jewellery were found spread out at different sites across Wensum park, while her olive-coloured coat was found in the water.
Today her pal Julie Butcher today spoke to Good Morning Britain about how she had made plans with Gaynor for January.
The friends had bumped into each other in Jarrold’s department store on Tuesday, where Gaynor worked, and agreed to play tennis in the new year.
It comes after she told how she got two calls from the missing mum on Friday afternoon – with the first at 2.15pm.
Julie explained: “When I answered it, she asked ‘Where are you? Where are you?’”
Julie was interrupted by another call and promised to ring Gaynor back – but when she did there was no answer.
Eventually Gaynor rang back – but Julie believes it was a pocket dial.
She said: “It was quarter past four and she rang me again. It sounded like a pocket call. It just sounded like she’s walking.”
Yesterday cops shared the last CCTV image of the mum on St Augustine’s Street at 4.01pm – meaning the second call was after final sighting.
They published an image of Gaynor smiling ear-to-ear as she left her workplace – Bullards Gin, at Jarrold’s department store.
Then, in a CCTV clip, the mum can be seen running along the pavement with her coat in hand.
She seems to be in a hurry, rushing to cross the road.
The mum seems to spend 30 minutes at the cathedral before she is spotted on CCTV again.
She then makes her way along the street, putting her coat on as she walks.
She is last snapped on CCTV at 4.01pm.
It is now thought the mum may have met someone at the cathedral before she vanished.
Police are also said to be “linking in” with the force who worked on the disappearance of Nicola Bulley.
