GHISLAINE Maxwell is going to use the unsealed Epstein documents to try and show she’s not the “most horriblest person on earth” and others were “even worse” than her, Prince Andrew’s cousin has claimed.

In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, author Christina Oxenberg said that convicted sex trafficker Maxwell will have welcomed the newly-released list.

It features over 100 names of rich and powerful Epstein associates from Bill Clinton to Prince Andrew and Donald Trump.

“It all benefits Ghislaine in terms of ‘It wasn’t just me. I’m not the horriblest person,’” said Christina, Prince Andrew’s second cousin.

“You remember she said that word in her prison interview. ‘I’m not the horriblest person on earth. There’s worse than me.’

“Like we care, like we need to know who’s worse than Ghislaine. She’s working this in her favor.”

Ghislaine, who was sentenced to 20 years behind bars for procuring girls as young as 14 for Epstein, previously gave an interview to 60 Minutes from her Florida prison cell.

“I’m (not) the cruelest, meanest, horriblest person who’s done, committed crimes. And I mean, I literally haven’t seen any details that are accurate,” she said.

Christina, who wrote the book Trash: Encounters with Ghislaine Maxwell, was a former acquaintance but said she was unaware of the abuse.

However, she spoke to authorities saying Ghislaine did boast about finding young women for Epstein, branding them nothing but “trash” and laughing the situation off.

Maxwell’s attorney Arthur Aidala commented on her behalf after the documents began to be unsealed.

JANE DOE CLAIM

“I don’t think she has anything to talk about, except maybe that if you look at this crime, this overall crime, it’s all about men abusing women for a long period of time … and it’s only one person in jail — a woman,” he said Tuesday on NewsNation’s CUOMO program.

After reading the comment, Christina scoffed: “There you go. We unpacked it all.”

It comes as more than 900 new pages of Epstein documents were unsealed by a US judge with Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Stephen Hawking, and Michael Jackson among 90 people named in them.

The papers contain several allegations, including that Andrew took part in an “underage orgy” with an unnamed Jane Doe – believed to be accuser Virginia Giuffre – who was allegedly “forced” by Epstein to “have sexual relations with this Prince” and to “give the Prince whatever he demanded.”

A 2014 court filing alleges that Maxwell “facilitated Prince Andrew’s acts of sexual abuse by acting as a ‘madame’ for Epstein.”

It goes on to claim that Jane Doe 3, understood to be Giuffre, was kept as a sex slave by Epstein and was “forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she was a minor in three separate geographical locations.”

The Duke of York has always denied any wrongdoing and settled with Virginia out of court for a rumored $16 million sum.

Christina, who knew Maxwell for years, still feels the new documents are “underwhelming” and that many questions remain about Epstein, who killed himself in a jail cell in 2019.

“It’s a misdirection, it’s milk toast, and it all benefits Ghislaine,” she said.

POPULAR IN PRISON

The Miami Herald has been battling to unseal documents filed as part of Virginia’s lawsuit since 2018.

They won their fight in December, when US District Judge Loretta Preska ordered that the names could be unsealed beginning January 1 and more are expected to drop.

Christina said she is angry at Maxwell because she should have known better than to get involved with Epstein’s sordid world.

“I see that, as someone who circumstantially fell into something, that she was smart enough to get out of,” she said.

“And that’s why I hold it against her. She absolutely is smart enough.

“Surely at Oxford they teach you some s**t, right? I didn’t go to university, so I don’t know, but I’m assuming that if you go to Oxford, you’re slightly more up on stuff like, you know, don’t be a child sex trafficker.”

Christina added that she used to find her “repulsive” but is not shocked that she’s made friends in prison.

The disgraced former socialite has been moved from New York to FCI Tallahassee in Florida.

She has already reportedly bonded with her cellmates and will be eligible for release on July 17, 2037.

“She is entertaining, even though I find her slightly repulsive and vulgar in how she’s entertaining, the types of jokes,” Christina said.

“But in prison, that’s gonna go over very well.

“I have a dark sense of humor, but there’s a blackness to her [like] when she’s talking about Nazi diets, it’s just beyond.

“But in prison, that’d be fine, that’d make them all laugh.”
