Police say that Skye is around 5ft 6inch tall and has curly black hair and brown eyes.

She is described as last being seen wearing a grey Nike tech fleece over a black vest, along with black leggings.

The 17-year-old was wearing either black crocs or Nike Jordan trainers.

Her four-month-old baby girl also has curly black hair and was in a buggy.

Skye is originally from Medway, in Kent, and police are becoming increasingly concerned over her and her baby’s wellbeing.

Anyone with information has been urged to phone 999 – quoting the reference number 14-1075.

Police have previously advised anyone who suspects a loved one of being missing to call them or visit their local station.

The charity Missing People also states that you don’t have to wait 24 hours to report someone as missing.

Missing People also advises that the disappearance of anyone at an “increased risk” should be reported immediately.

People at an “increased risk” include anyone below the age of 16 or above the age of 65.

It also includes people with dementia, people with learning disabilities or people who suffer with mental health problems.

There are three tiers of “risk” applied to missing person cases – which are high, medium and low.

Each one indicates the danger to that person or to the public.
