Documents seen by The Sun Online on Companies House show the ex-beautician’s role was terminated on December 15.
Husband Adam remains as a director of the firm after filing to become a person with significant control on the same date.
The iconic pub was sold by Marston’s Brewery to ATE Farms in July last year – just two weeks before it was destroyed by a fire.
It was then mysteriously turned to a pile of rubble less than two days later – despite mounting opposition from locals.
The pub had been put forward for listed status protection just days before it was demolished – meaning the owners would have needed permission from the council to fully raze it .
A Staffordshire Police probe was launched into the blaze, which is being treated as arson.
Carly left her career as a hair stylist and nail technician after “striking gold” with her businessman husband.
The couple enjoyed a lavish lifestyle – enjoying luxury holidays in Dubai and Paris.
Photos on her social media show Carly posing outside the seven-star Burj Al Arab and beaming under the Eiffel Tower.
In other photos, she can be seen flaunting her wealth with designer handbags and first class aeroplane seats.
One local said: “Carly struck gold when she married Adam. She’s his second wife.
“She once ran a hairdressing and nail business, now she runs a business and property empire.
“She’s done very well for herself and both she and Adam work really hard.
“But she lives the life of luxury too and enjoys travelling in luxury to nice places.”
Adam is a former director of Himley Environment Ltd – which runs a landfill site next to the pub and heads a number of other companies.
The investigation into the fire remains ongoing, with a total of six people arrested in connection with the blaze.
