After the fall, Hull recalled hearing her ankle pop and claimed she “nearly fainted” as a result.
Now she is on the road to recovery and has posted a photo of her “moon boot” that is aiding her return to action.
The world number 10 was training in the gym wearing the protective boot, while she also sported it in other pictures from her life away from training.
Hull’s injury has ruled her out of competitive action for a number of weeks, but she hasn’t suffered a serious injury.
Recalling the incident, she said: “Coming out of the locker room, I had a skip in my step because I love practising.
“But then I fell over a curb in the car park and was lying on the floor shouting for my boyfriend to come get me.
“The security guard was watching me and I heard my ankle pop. I thought I broke it. Someone picked me up and put me in the car.
“I went down so quickly, I nearly fainted. I was not sure if I was overreacting. I started moving my ankle and it’s nowhere near as bad as I thought.”

The injury came just a few weeks after Hull was forced to withdraw from the Amundi Evian Championship in France after collapsing twice on course.
Hull was carried off the course in a stretcher after multiple medial issues throughout her round, reportedly caused by a virus.
The Solheim Cup star has turned heads with her unconventional approach to golf in recent times.
She has claimed to not use a yardage book and is often seen smoking cigarettes on the course.
When asked about her training regime recently, Hull revealed that she has been focused on a completely different sport rather than her swing.
She told Sky Sports: “My main goal actually isn’t on the golf course.
“I want to try and get my 5k run time down to 20 minutes by the end of the year. It’s around 26 minutes at the moment.
“I don’t train in golf. I have zero interest in training in golf. I don’t want to just be a golfer.
“I want to be an athlete. I train because it’s good for my mental health and it’s good for me. I just enjoy it as a hobby.”
While she recently ventured into acting off the course as she made a cameo in Netflix’s Happy Gilmore 2.
