A GUNMAN who shot dead an innocent driver in a mistaken identity killing after he had a petty petrol station row has been jailed for life.
Jervais Boyaram, 37, stalked Muhammed Sohail, 25, in his silver VW wrongly believing the car belonged to the group he had argued with.

Chilling footage showed the killer tailing the vehicle in his Smart car before he pulled up alongside Muhammed.
He then wound down his window and opened fire before fleeing the scene in Birmingham.
Boyaram has now been jailed for life with a minimum term of 31 years after being found guilty of murder.
He was also convicted of possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life and possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life.
The killer had been filling up his car at the petrol station on February 18 last year when he argued with the group of men.
After they left, he drove around trying to find them but instead began tailing Muhammed by mistake.
Tragically, the good Samaritan had only left his home to help a stranded motorist he spotted on the way home from a family dinner.
Muhammed sadly couldn’t be saved despite his neighbour’s desperate attempts to help him.
Speaking after the verdict previously, his dad said: “My son Muhammed Sohail was purely innocent in this matter and had his life taken so needlessly and without any reason.
“He will be missed by all of us forevermore.”
