HAMAS terrorists sliced open an Israeli woman’s womb and stabbed her unborn baby in the latest atrocity to be uncovered, Israel says.

Israeli troops discovered the unimaginable horrors of dead babies and 20 children tied up and burned in Be’eri Kibbutz after the Palestinian militants unleashed hell on Saturday.

As the Israeli Defence Forces went door-to-door and neighbourhood-to-neighbourhood to liberate border towns ambushed by Hamas monsters, the true scale of the bloodbath was uncovered.

A commander of an emergency response unit broke down in tears as he described the horror scenes that lay before them in the town close to Gaza’s border.

“We see a pregnant lady on the floor, and we turn her around…and the stomach is wide open, there’s an unborn baby connected to the cord, stabbed with a knife, and the mother shot in the head,” Yossi Landau told i24News.

He reported finding whole families with hands tied behind their backs that had been “torched” by Hamas.

“Terrorist’s were sitting and eating while they were torching the kids,” the traumatised first responder added.

Israel has taken the unprecedented decision to release an image of a dead baby in a blood-stained clot too graphic to be republished.

“This is the most difficult image we’ve ever posted,” they wrote. “We went back and forth about posting this, but we need each and every one of you to know.

“This happened.”

It took IDF over eight hours of intense gun battles against the terrorists to secure Be’eri Kibbutz late on Sunday.

It was one of the last towns to be freed from Hamas and was not declared safe for outsiders to enter until Tuesday.

The Palestinian militants’ rampage of terror resulted in the mass slaughter of at least 100 Israeli civilians.

One of these victims was the 8-year-old daughter of Irish father Thomas Hand.

The grieving dad has told of how he welcomed the news that his daughter had been killed by Hamas – because being taken hostage is “worse than death”.

He revealed that he was forced to wait two agonising days to discover that his 8-year-old daughter, Emily, had been murdered as the whole town was pinned down by heavy gunfire.

He told CNN: “They said, we found Emily, she’s dead.

“And I went ‘yes!’ I went ‘yes’ and I smiled, because that is the best news of the possibilities that I knew.

“That was the best news of the possibilities that I knew…the best possibility I was hoping for.”

Hand said that the news of Emily’s death came as an “absolute blessing”.

“She was either dead, or in Gaza, and if you know anything about what they do to people in Gaza, that is worse than death,” he said as tears streamed down his face.

On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers discovered a wasteland of mutilated bodies in Kfar Aza – another Kibbutz near the Gaza border that was ravaged by Hamas militants.

After taking back the besieged town, they were forced to recover the bodies of at least 40 babies and kids – with some found beheaded, Israel claimed.

Meanwhile, a six-month-old baby has been revealed as among the 17 Brits dead or missing in Israel.

As Israel reels from the news of the horrors they continue to uncover, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that “Hamas is worse than ISIS”.

He raged: “Every member of Hamas is a dead man”.

According to new IDF reports, Hamas even brought ISIS flags with them as they massacred defenceless men, women and children.

IDF Chief Herzi Halevi vowed today that the head of Hamas will be targeted and eliminated by Israel.

“[Yahya] Sinwar and Hamas members are dead men and we will destroy them,” he declared.

Hamas militants armed with guns, grenades and knives killed entire families in their beds early on Saturday morning after storming over the border.

During their surprise three-pronged assault, the terrorists also dragged an estimated 150 soldiers, men, women, children and the elderly into captivity in Gaza.

More than 2,600 people have been killed so far since Israel suffered the deadliest attack in its 75-year history.

Israel’s military has readied 360,000 reservists to bolster their regular army which is gathering near the Gaza border and are “ready to execute the mission we have been given”.

Tens of thousands of soldiers, volunteers, missile-launchers, dozens of tanks and ammunition have since been massed, and could strike Gaza as early as next week.

The nation at war also continues to hammer neighbourhood after neighbourhood in Gaza City using dozens of fighter jets, with 1,300 Palestinians reported to have been killed.

Over 150 Israeli hostages have been dragged into bombed-blitzed Gaza, likely hidden among the matrix of Hamas’s secret underground tunnels.

Thousands trapped in the enclave spent the night in darkness after a near-total power outage, surrounded by the ruins of their homes.
