The beaming President ended up trapped within the celebrations as Reece James lifted the trophy with his jubilant teammates all seen partying with Don.

President Trump was joined by first lady Melania Trump and FIFA President Gianni Infantino in the stands as he took in the historic event.
They were seen eagerly watching on as Trump beamed with joy as Chelsea took an early lead through two Cole Palmer goals.
New signing Joao Pedro added a third before half time as Chelsea cruised to victory in the second half.
After Chelsea celebrated the win Trump came onto the pitch to hand out the medals.
Trump and Infantino were then tasked with handing over the first ever Club World Cup trophy to Reece James.
The English full back was all ready to lift up the award with his teammates but Trump didn’t leave the stage.
James even appeared to ask him at one point if he was going to move out the way but a gleeful Trump simply smiled at him.
Seconds later, the trophy lift took place – with Trump stuck beside all the players.
Even the Blues’ goalkeeper Robert Sanchez was seen wrapping his arm around the President and jumping around with him.
It took a slightly worried Infantino to come and rescue the US leader from the celebrations.
Despite the chaos, Trump kept a huge smile on his face the entire time.
Trump’s grand arrival at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey had already prompted a huge security operation to be put in place.
But even the dozens of snipers surrounding the packed out ground couldn’t have been prepared for the celebratory pile-on with the President.

When the Trump’s were shown on the big screen, a rapturous applause could be heard across the huge stadium.
Trump – standing in his traditional navy suit and long red tie – held a proud salute during the Star Spangled Banner performance
His wife Melania also held her hand up across her chest honouring America’s brave troops.
She stunned in a luxury white dress, thick Christian Dior sunglasses and a black coat which sat over her shoulders.
Infantino hosted the couple in the executive suit just weeks after he spoke with Trump in the White House about the 2026 World Cup.
The global tournament is set to take place across the United States, Mexico and Canada and will include a new expanded 48-team format.
MetLife Stadium is poised to host the FIFA World Cup final – marking the first time the US will hold the feted event since 1994.
Today’s game between two European cup winners has already been labelled as a dress rehearsal for soccer’s biggest game in less than 12 months time.

Melania and Don landed in New Jersey earlier in the day on Marine One.
They touched down at Teterboro Airport before getting a motorcade to the stadium.
Donald Trump Jr, his partner, and Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff were all also in attendance at the match.
Trump’s appearance came on the one-year anniversary of the assassination attempt on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Lone gunman Thomas Crooks, 20, unleashed a volley of shots at Trump in an attack that pierced the top of his ear and left him with blood smeared on his cheek.
The shocking events sparked the biggest security crisis the US had faced since the shooting of Ronald Reagan in 1981.

Ever since, presidential security ops in the US have taken a step up with Trump always closely guarded wherever he goes.
At the Club World Cup, dozens of highly trained Secret Service snipers surrounded the MetLife Stadium.
They stood in the rafters of the mammoth ground with binoculars firmly scouting the supporters as they entered the stands.
Trump has taken a liking to global sports events since he regained the presidency earlier this year.
Back in February, he became the first sitting president to attend the Super Bowl.
He has also been at multiple UFC events across the past seven months alongside pal Dana White.
The President even revealed plans to host a UFC title fight at the White House next year to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
The historic championship punch up could take place on the presidential lawn and draw in over 20,000 guests.
