Fear can be heard in her voice after her polite requests for the man to stop hassling her fall on deaf ears.

At one point she asks another passerby for “help” before she continues trying to flee.

Shockingly the man then says he’ll “follow” her.

The horrifying video is said to have been taken at a Bruce Grove Tube station in Tottenham.

In the clip the man appears to jump across the tracks before the woman can be heard saying: “Can you leave me alone?

“You just jumped across the tracks to come and chat to me?

“Stay away from me. I don’t want to chat to you.

“I don’t know you from anywhere.”

The man can be heard saying to the woman: “I’ll follow you.”

As the woman yells “go away – what is wrong with you?”.

The man then says: “Let me say my part, I don’t know why you’re acting like that.”

The woman keeps trying to walk away as the man follows her along the platform.

Another woman shared the shocking video on social media.

She wrote on X: “Sorry but this by far one of the most unhinged and disturbing things I’ve seen.

“The poor young lady was terrified. Men PLEASE just leave women alone you have to start taking NO for an answer.

“How can you continue to harass threaten and follow a lone woman? Dirty s***house.”

British Transport Police confirmed it has seen the video and was probing the clip.

The force said: “We are aware of the video and investigating. No, we haven’t received a formal complaint and we would like the victim or any witnesses to come forward.

“No one should have to put up with sexual harassment on the rail network. Detectives investing this video would like the victim and any witnesses to get in touch.

“They can do this by texting 61016 or calling us on 0800 40 50 40 – quoting reference number 168 of 22/10/23.”
