The shocking crash happened in Whitehouse Lane in the Cotswolds village of Shipton Moyne, Gloucestershire.
Emergency crews were called to the tragedy after Gracie fell off, before she was dragged along the narrow lane, which is flanked by farmers’ fields and woodland.
The 22-year-old was rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance but tragically died from her injuries on Christmas Day.
Two suspects, aged 29 and 30 and from the Cotswolds, were questioned in custody, held on suspicion of causing death or serious injury by dangerous driving.
The pair have been bailed with conditions to return to police in February, pending further enquiries.
In a moving tribute, Gracie’s family said she was a “country girl with the biggest heart”.
The tribute read: “We as a family are totally devastated to have lost our beautiful darling Gracie.
“A treasured and much loved daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunty.
“She was the most kind, caring and beautiful soul inside and out, and would help anybody that needed her help. She was loved by everyone who met her.
“A country girl with the biggest heart and a huge love for animals, especially dogs, pigs and cows.
“Our lives will never be the same without her, but we take comfort in knowing that Gracie is with her beloved dad.
“We ask that all of Gracie’s family are given privacy during this horrific time.”
The horror crash happened less than two miles from Highgrove House where Charles and Camilla like to spend much of their time.
Cops said that one man is believed to have made off from the scene on a quad bike.
But he was later found and arrested following a search involving the police helicopter.
A second man was also later arrested.
One of the men was also arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, driving while under the influence of drugs, no licence and no insurance.
