THE body of a man has been discovered in a green space popular with local dog walkers as cops treat the death as “unexplained”.

Cops cordoned off the area in Northamptonshire after a member of the public found the body just before 6am.

The man was pronounced dead by paramedics who rushed to the area, close to McGibbon Walk in Irthlinborough.

Cops are not treating the death as suspicious but a standard post-mortem investigation will take place.
