A BUILDING has collapsed in a horror incident with emergency services racing to the scene.
The structure came down this morning with the cause of the collapse still unclear.

Firefighters scrambled to the call on Ryde Roade, Brighton, with three engines.
The fire brigade called out a gas company to the scene to check if there had been a gas explosion.
Gas workers have since confirmed that the building collapse was not caused by a gas explosion.
No casualties have been reported in the horror broad daylight incident.
The fire service remain on scene to ensure public safety.
Neighbours reportedly claimed the ruined building was an old workshop.
Pictures from the scene show the entire roof of the building buckled inwards on itself.
Debris and pieces of the ruined structure can be seen in pictures shattered and in piles on the ground around the building.
Residents reported hearing a loud groaning noise and seeing a plume of dust and smoke as the building came down.
One local described the scene to The Argus as something out of “a disaster movie.”
Some locals heard a loud bang like an explosion went off and others described a scene of devastation in the wake of the collapse.
The structure has been left in ruins with the surrounding area covered in pieces of the old building.
In pictures from the scene cracked timber and smashed glass can be seen all around the now crumbling structure.
A spokesperson from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Three fire engines and three officers were in attendance at Ryde Road, Brighton, responding to a building collapse.
“Firefighters remained on scene between 8.04 and 10.15 to ensure public safety.”
