THIS is the horror moment a blast tears through a busy restaurant before a man flees on fire – with multiple people later arrested.
A 16-year-old boy was detained yesterday and has become the second person charged following the arson incident at the India Aroma in Ilford, North London.

Officers were called to Woodford Avenue, Gants Hill at around 9pm on August 22 following reports of the blaze.
Six victims – three women and three men – were injured, with a man and a woman still in hospital with life-changing injuries.
CCTV footage posted to Facebook shows customers inside the premises when there is a sudden flash of flames that enters through the front doorway.
Separate footage of the street outside appears to show smoke coming from the building, before people run outside, including one person who appears to have flames on their back.
Part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire and firefighters rescued five people from the restaurant, while nine others were able to get out beforehand, London Fire Brigade said.
There were 14 people inside the building at the time.
A boy was arrested on Tuesday (September 16) and has been charged with six counts of attempted murder, arson with intent to endanger life and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is due to appear at Barkingside Juvenile Court today.
Another 16-year-old boy has previously been charged with attempted murder in connection with this investigation.
A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life on Sunday, 24 August.
He was later released on bail.
Two 16-year-old boys were arrested on September 5 on suspicion of arson with intent to danger life. They were later released on bail.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Rogers, of the Met’s Central Specialist Crime North unit said at the time of the incident: “We understand this incident will cause concern within the community.
“My team of specialist detectives are working at speed to piece the incident together.
“Locals can expect to see a large police presence in the area. If you have any concerns, please speak to those officers on the ground.”
