They are reportedly a 24-year-old and a 33-year-old who have also been charged with injuries and serious disturbance of public order.
Shocking CCTV captured the savage attack as a tourist was seen grabbing a bottle before crashing it onto the back of a reveller’s head.
The man went on to try and throw a punch at others with two people being left injured.
The 24-year-old Brit was held after cops rushed to the party resort and saw him confronting others as he was covered in blood and waved a broken bottle in his hand.
It is unclear if either of the British men are the ones in the footage.
According to witnesses, the man, his companion and two other people who had fled, had assaulted both employees and two unknown people, customers of the restaurant.
Several ambulances were called to the scene with three victims being rushed to the Son Espases Hospital.
They suffered wounds on their neck, head, arms and legs, local media reports.
A spokesman for the Civil Guard confirmed: “Two people aged 24 and 33 have been arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide, wounding and causing serious public disorder following an incident at a nightspot in Palmanova.
“The arrests occurred in the early hours of Sunday.”
They added: “Officers sent to Majorca as part of summer reinforcements were carrying out routine security patrols when they were alerted a mass might was occurring in a premises near to where they were.
“They saw a man covered in blood brandishing a broken bottle who was attacking others present.
“They quickly reduced him and got the broken bottle off him.”
Two other people fled the scene before police arrived, police added.
The nationality of those injured has not been revealed.
It is also not yet known if the two Brits have been formally charged or have appeared in court.
It comes after shocking footage captured the moment a Magaluf doorman floored a British tourist with a flurry of punches after being bottled in a horror attack.
The bouncer was left with a nasty gash that needed at least 20 stitches – and the Brit has now been convicted over the assault at Plaza on the bustling Punta Ballena strip.
CCTV footage showed the Lithuanian bouncer exploding at Max Barnes, then 19, who he has up against a wall after the drinker bottled him.
He unloads a series of sharp jabs in the packed nightspot, acting in self-defence.
The customer dodges as many as he can but some of the blows land home.
The fight spills into the middle of the bar, where the bouncer delivers one more clean whack that sends the customer sprawling onto the floor.
He then brings his hand to his blood-covered face and neck to inspect the damage.
The 34-year-old doorman was left with a gash needing 20 stitches, a court was told.
