KIHAVAH (2.55 Newmarket, nap)
He clocked a massive personal best when winning on turf comeback at Musselburgh 15 days ago. He battled right to the line there over this trip and will be competitive again under a 4lb penalty.
DESERT FLOWER (3.35 Newmarket, nb)
She was nothing short of awesome last season in winning all four of her races. After a couple of maiden successes on the July course, Charlie Appleby stepped her up in class for the Group 2 May Hill at Doncaster where she saw out the mile really well to win.
That form was then left behind with one of the easiest Group 1 Fillies’ Mile wins you’ll ever see. She powered right away from her rivals to score by six lengths here. She has won on fast and slow ground and has more to come.
FAYLAQ (2.35 Hamilton, treble)
He wasn’t beaten far at Musselburgh despite looking rusty on comeback and is only 3lb higher than his win at Doncaster two starts ago. He sees out this trip well and has run well a few times around here.
