Looked a winner in waiting when beaten less than a length here last time. That was over 6f but she showed loads of pace so this drop back to the minimum looks a good idea. Excellent claimer Jack Doughty is good value for the 3lb he takes off my fancy’s back.
WEARELONGTERM (4.35 Ayr, treble)
Loves the mud so should be right at home today. He was much improved in testing conditions at Wetherby latest and a 3lb rise in the weights gives him every chance of going one better.
