TEMPLEGATE takes on a busy Saturday of racing confident of unleashing hell on the bookies.

Back a horse by clicking their odds below.

JUBILEE WALK (3.35 Ayr, nap)

He loves a big field as he showed when going mighty close at Ascot last time for trainer James Ferguson. The handicapper has left his mark alone and these conditions should be ideal.

ALMERIC (1.50 Ayr, nb)

He can take another step up the ladder. Andrew Balding’s colt oozed class when making the leap from maiden to Listed at Newmarket in the spring, travelling sweetly before putting the race to bed in style. The extra yardage is right up his street and soft suits.

DEFIANCE (2.40 Newbury, treble)

He has been knocking on the door and looks primed to strike. Roger Varian’s gelding ran a fine third in a hot 1m2f contest at Goodwood before backing it up with another solid effort at Hamilton. Back on slightly easier ground, he can take this under William Buick.
