Heston, 59, runs the Fat Duck in Bray, Berks, which has three Michelin stars and where a meal can cost more than £300.
He said: “With these weight-loss drugs, Mounjaro, Ozempic and Wegovy, people are eating less.
“And the quantities of food will put them off.
“I want to do something about that.
“We’re going to look at reducing portion sizes.
We’ll give options of a much smaller menu.”
Heston, famous for his bizarre food pairings, has previously said he takes a weight-loss drug himself.
More than three million people use weight-loss jabs in Britain.
