On Instagram, the star announced to his 19million followers that he was working on a new technique.
He captioned in a post: “Been prioritizing the leg press this prep for the first time ever and I have to admit it’s felt pretty darn good.
“My old man knees can handle a decent load with good depth. Plus I tried out the new @pureiron.strength swing squat for the first time.
“Felt great, little to no pressure on my lower back and good even tension on my quads.
“Overall great leg day, I only have a few of these left so I’m making the most of them.”
Fans of the bodybuilding sensation say he “looks better every single year.”
Retired strongman Eddie Hall even joked, “Keep training big guy and one day you might look half as decent as me.”
2023’s Mr. Olympia competition begins on November 2 and spans until Sunday, November 5.
This year’s event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Florida.
