RORY MCILROY is going to need a bigger trophy cabinet – so it’s a good job he has the space at his incredible Florida home.
The Northern Irishman, 35, completed a historic golfing Grand Slam after winning the Masters at the 17th attempt on Sunday.

McIlroy is renowned for valuing his privacy away from the links and will now take a week away from the limelight to savour his historic win.
The 33-year-old is set to unwind at his stunning £16million mansion with wife Erica Stoll and daughter Poppy, 4.
The outrageous nine-bedroom pad is located in the sought-after neighbourhood of Jupiter, Florida.
It sits among the prestigious private members Bear’s Club, with 69 golf courses located within a 15-mile radius.
McIlroy’s neighbours include his fellow fairway stars Dustin Johnson, Tiger Woods and Patrick Cantlay.
The mansion itself has a golfing pedigree, with McIlroy purchasing it from four-time major winner Ernie Els in 2012.
Situated on a 2.4-acre plot, Rory’s dream home features nine bathrooms and ten bedrooms.
The mansion boasts 13,000 square feet of floor space and even has its own recording studio.

There is also a cinema, infinity pool and games room for McIlroy to kick back after his Masters triumph.
While a tennis court, putting green and gym are ready and waiting for when the five-time major winner is ready to work up a sweat.
The Sunshine State home is just one part of McIlroy’s real estate empire.
He owns a gorgeous six-bedroom mansion in La Quinta, California, bought in 2019 for £7m.
And the golfer also owns exclusive apartments in New York and the United Arab Emirates.
McIlroy grew up in the humble surroundings of County Down, where he now has his own 19th century house with a golf course in the back garden.

RORY MCILROY enjoyed a high-profile romance with former tennis world number one Caroline Wozniacki before their split in 2014.
The following year, the golf ace began dating Erica Stoll, who he had first met on the PGA Tour in 2011.
Erica often interacted with players through her role as the PGA’s manager of championship volunteer operations.
She even prevented McIlroy from missing his tee time at the 2012 Ryder Cup after some confusion over the time zone.
The incident began a firm friendship between the pair, four years before their relationship turned romantic.
McIlroy and Erica were spotted on a string of dates in Rochester, New York, in the early days of their relationship.
Just eight months later, the couple got engaged in Paris and walked down the aisle at Ashford Castle in Ireland in 2017.
The pair then welcomed daughter Poppy into the world three years later.
Throughout their time together, McIlroy and Erica have kept their relationship to themselves, with the golfer keen to protect his family from the cameras during filming of Netflix’s Full Swing documentary series.
However, after seven years of marriage, McIlroy filed for divorce from Erica.
The reasons for the divorce were not disclosed, but the Northern Irishman submitted documents to a court in Florida.
However, a few weeks later, performed a U-turn on their decision to divorce.
McIlroy told the outlet: “Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning.”
Rory’s parents, Rosie and Gerry, were in tears as their son sealed an emotional Green Jacket triumph in a playoff against Justin Rose at Augusta.
McIlroy explained: “My mum couldn’t stop crying.
“Dad said it was the first time ever that he’s watched me play golf on TV and he’s had to pour himself a drink.
“He was going through the emotions just as much as everyone else.
“I can’t wait to see them next week. I can’t wait to celebrate this with them.”

How much did Rory McIlroy earn for winning the Masters?
McIlroy, 35, will have a week off at his Florida digs before returning alongside close friend Shane Lowry as they defend their Zurich Classic of New Orleans title next week.
His next individual event is set to be next month’s Truist Championship, where he is the reigning and four-time champion.
That will be his only other event before the PGA Championship starts at Quail Hollow on May 15.
He added: “To get over that hump feels a massive weight off my back.
“I’m playing with house money now – it’s going to free me up.
“Hopefully it’s the start of a really great period of my career.”
