THE International Darts Open returns to Riesa THIS WEEK with some huge names in action.

World No1 Luke Humphries will take to the oche as he looks to claim his first win on the European Tour this year.

Other seeded players in the star-studded field include Michael van Gerwen, Rob Cross and Stephen Bunting, while teenage sensation Luke Littler will not feature in Germany.

2024 winner Martin Schindler will attempt to defend his title on home soil after he claimed the first senior PDC honour of his career at last year’s event.

The German beat Gerwyn Price 8-5 to deny the Welshman a fourth straight triumph in the tournament.

When is the International Darts Open 2025?

The International Darts Open will begin on Friday, April 4.

The tournament will conclude on Sunday, April 6.

Sachsen Arena in Riesa, Germany, will host.

How to watch International Darts Open 2025

The International Darts Open will not be televised in the UK

It will be live streamed on PDCTV – a subscription service.

Customers can purchase an annual PDCTV subscription for £49.99.

A three-day pass, which will cover the whole tournament, costs £4.99, as does a monthly subscription.

Alternatively, SunSport will live blog every match of the competition.
