He added after Tuesday’s shock strike on suspected Hamas leaders in Qatar: “If you don’t, we will.”

And he hit out at countries condemning the state for Tuesday’s high-risk attack on Doha, blasting: “They should be ashamed of themselves.”

He used today’s anniversary of the September 11 outrages to stress that world leaders did not condemn the US when it killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan in 2011 following the 9/11 Islamic terror attacks.

His rant came as world leaders including Sir Keir Starmer and Donald Trump continued to hit out after Israel killed six people when 15 fighter jets dropped ten munitions on a building said to contain Hamas terrorists.

Two of the group’s officials were last night believed to have been injured, one badly, but it was not clear if Israel succeeded in killing any.

The strike on a US ally which had been mediating Gaza peace talks raised fears conflict could spread across the Middle East and derail ceasefire discussions.

PM Sir Keir told MPs yesterday he will make it “absolutely clear” in a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog “that we condemn Israel’s action” in bombing Hamas leaders in Qatar.

He said he would also insist that restrictions on aid must be lifted and the offensive in Gaza must stop.

US President Mr Trump said he was “not thrilled about the whole situation”.

Qatari PM Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani accused Netanyahu of “barbarism” and said the country reserved “the right to respond” to the attack.

He claimed the US, an ally, warned them of Israel’s raid ten minutes after it began.
