ELECTRICIAN Andy Parks celebrated Christmas again — like he has every day for the past 30 years.
He has started each of the last 11,126 days with five mince pies for breakfast, washed down with a small glass of sherry.

Andy, 59, then opens a gift he wrapped for himself the night before and placed lovingly underneath his Christmas tree.
He opens a card, which he posts to himself, and watches a recording of the late Queen’s speech at 3pm — picking a different one every day.
Andy, who is known as Mr Christmas, started his unusual celebrations in 1993 in a bid to liven up a boring day.
He said: “I decided it would be fun to get the Christmas decorations out, even though it was the summer. I cooked a turkey dinner, got some spare crackers out and I had a really great time.
“Then next day, I realised it was so much fun, I wanted to do it again — so I did, and I haven’t stopped since.”
Andy, whose house in Melksham, Wilts, always has decorations up, reckons he has eaten 1.5million mince pies, 3.5million sprouts and spent £500,000 on turkey, booze and other Christmas cheer.
He said: “December 25th is a special day for me because I get invited out for Christmas dinner, and it’s the only day of the year I don’t have to cook it myself.
“But on Boxing Day I’m putting the turkey in the oven ready for another year of Christmas. Most of my friends and family think I’m bonkers. They don’t understand how I can put up with it all year.”
