MANCHESTER UNITED outcast Jadon Sancho is being targeted by both Juventus and Napoli.

Sancho, 25, returned to United after last season’s loan stint at Chelsea, who paid their Premier League rivals a £5million fee to avoid having to sign him on a permanent basis.

However, there are still suitors keen to add the winger within their ranks during the summer transfer window.

According to transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio, Juve are the latest interested party to swoop in for the England international.

The Bianconeri have started talking with Man Utd about a possible deal the last few hours.

This comes after Juventus’ Serie A foes Napoli also expressed an interest for Sancho.

But unlike the Old Lady, the Italian champions are speaking directly to the player’s camp.

Juventus have been keeping tabs on the ex-Borussia Dortmund star since last summer.

The Turin giants expressed an interest before the forward moved to Chelsea on loan.

Manager Ruben Amorim has no plans to integrate Sancho back into his first team – meaning the 25-year-old is searching for a fresh start.

And SunSport understands Aston Villa, Tottenham and Newcastle are all monitoring developments.

Villa are thought to be keen on a loan deal for the player, but United would prefer cash to free up funds for a rebuild.

Newcastle and Tottenham both see Sancho as a strong option as they look to build squads that can compete in the League and the Champions League.

But Sancho might prefer Napoli as one of his former United team-mates has turned his career around in the Italian city.

Scott McTominay won the Scudetto with 13 goals and six assists in 39 appearances for Antonio Conte’s side.

Sancho is one of four players who are being totally sidelined by Amorim, along with Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford and Antony.

If the out-of-favour quartet have not found a new club by the time the squad jet off for the States in July they will be left behind to train alone at Carrington.

A club source said: “Amorim is stamping his authority on the club. It was hard arriving mid-season but he now has the opportunity to shape the team in his image. And he’s wasting no time.

“He only wants players who would die for the shirt and are on board with his ideas.

“He also wants a smaller squad to create an intimate team bond so that everyone gets enough game time to be at peak fitness when called upon. He doesn’t want any bad apples or distractions.”
