JEALOUS KILLER Alice Wood nearly made it into Oxford and had a boastful tattoo, a pal has revealed.
But, the 23-year-old has ultimately wound up in prison after she killed her boyfriend Ryan Watson by hitting and dragging him in her car.

On Tuesday, Wood was found guilty at the Chester Crown Court of murdering the 24-year-old in a deadly “game of chicken” at a birthday party in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
Watson was tragically knocked under Wood’s car on the third attempt and dragged for 158 metres.
Jurors heard the pair had earlier been at a party where footage showed them laughing and joking together.
But Watson also “clicked” with another woman which set Wood into a jealous rage.
The former friend told The Mirror that Wood’s crime seemed out of character.
“Alice never showed any signs of jealousy, anger or aggression and wasn’t the type of person you had to be careful around.
“She was friendly with the majority of people and quite quiet – but when she did speak it was of value. I think that’s why it came as such a shock.
The unnamed friend said at school Wood was intelligent and had been selected for advanced groups.
They said she received three A-star grades which she had tattooed on herself, she had also made it into the final selection stage for Oxford.
Further footage showed the couple leaving the party with Wood driving her boyfriend’s Fiat as they made their way home.
Once parked, she then got inside her own car where she reversed towards Ryan – almost hitting him.
The philosophy student can then be seen repeatedly driving at Ryan as he straddles the bonnet.
Andrew Ford, KC, prosecuting, said: “Whilst deeply serious and tragic, we say this is a simple case.
“She lost her temper, had an argument with her boyfriend when they were in drunk, in a motorcar.
“Things became fraught, he got out, kicked a door, and she lost her cool and used the car as a weapon.”
The court heard Wood was found to have 61 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, compared to the legal limit of 35.
Speaking after the verdict, Ryan’s family said: “Today we finally got justice for our beloved son Ryan.
“Alice is in prison where she belongs. But no sentence is going to be long enough for what she has taken from us and Ryan, he’ll never get to live his life and fulfil his dreams.”
