In the multiple choice section of the test, Littler scored 43 out of 50 – the exact required mark to pass.

He got 63 out of 75 on the hazard perception section, way above the 44 needed.

Celebrating as he posted, Littler wrote: “We will have a look, of course we will have a look.”

The reigning darts world champion then added two dancing emojis.

Back in July, Littler shared his failed fifth test with fans – in which he scored 41 out of 50 on the first section and just 44 out of 75 on the second.

Asked at an event last week whether he’d made any progress, Littler admitted that he’d since failed a sixth time.

The Warrington wonderkid said: “No, not yet. I did do a theory the other week but I didn’t put it on my Instagram.

“Oh, it was a bad one. It was a bad one. I’ll let you know that.”

On what exactly he was struggling with, Littler added: “The hazard (perception test).

“Is that holding me back from doing my practical? Yeah. I’m trying. I just want to pass. I just want to pass.

“Like I put up on my Instagram the other week, I’ve got a car – and it’s not a Mercedes – but it’s sat there waiting.”

Littler will now have to pass his practical test in order to hit the road.

The darts superstar cryptically said that he would be “taking a step back” from darts on Thursday.

As it turned out, Littler was participating in a promotion for Xbox ahead of the new release of football video game FC26.
