DRIVERS have been warned of traffic chaos on the M25 with motorists stuck in nightmare four mile tailbacks.
Emergency services were called to a horror multi-vehicle crash between J3 Swanley Interchange and J4 Orpington in Kent this afternoon.

All four lanes were shut down which sparked delays of up to 45 minutes.
A National Highways spokesperson said: “The #M25 clockwise between J3 (#M20) and J4 (#Orpington), traffic has been stopped due to a collision.
“There is approx. 4 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 45 minutes above usual journey times.“
An update on AA Traffic Maps read: “Partially blocked and queueing traffic due to multi-vehicle crash on M25 clockwise from J3 M20 J1 (Swanley Interchange) to J4 (Orpington).”
It is understood all lanes have since re-opened but heavy traffic is still expected.
