DETECTIVES have made an arrest in connection with the murder of Robert Brown.
The 57-year-old was last seen visiting a Morrisons supermarket in Northampton town centre on Thursday, July 31.

Robert’s body was found near the River Nene, with cops launching a murder investigation shortly after.
A 38-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with Robert’s death.
Police previously released an image of Robert in the hopes that they would be able to trace him with the public’s help.
A previous post-mortem examination found Robert had sustained a wound to his arm.
Detective Inspector Torie Harrison, who is leading the murder investigation, said: “Although we have made an arrest, we continue to follow a number of lines of enquiry and are still very keen to speak to anyone who may have information about Robert’s death who has not yet come forward.
“Specially trained officers continue to support Robert’s family at this devastating time and anyone who can help us piece together the events which led to his death is encouraged to come forward.
