As for Chelsea, the win over Wolves resumed this season’s normality.
Before their five-game winless run in the league, in which they drew three and lost two, the Blues hadn’t lost since October – a run stretching twelve games.
Its a fixture that could prove well needed for both sides, respectively, with the winner having the chance to take up fourth for the weekend.
