A MAN has tragically died after a “heavy object fell on him” at a construction site, as cops arrest three people.
The alarm was raised shortly before 9pm on Tuesday after two men, one aged in his 50s and another in his 20s, were injured a site in Kirkdale, Liverpool.
Paramedics sadly pronounced the older victim dead at the scene.
The man in his 20s was rushed to hospital where he remained on Friday.
As reported by the Liverpool Echo, the workers had been unloading marble slabs when disaster struck.
