A MAN has died in a crash today after a car packed with a stab vest and drugs smashed into two other vehicles.
The collision happened after a Seat Ibiza failed to stop for officers on Belgrave Middleway in Birmingham at around 12.35am.

Police said the vehicle was not being pursued at the time of the collision.
A man in his 40s was declared dead at the scene and a woman who was in the Seat was also taken to hospital.
A man who was in one of the other vehicles was taken to hospital as a precaution.
In a statement, West Midlands Police said: “A stab vest and a quantity of drugs was found at the scene.
“Pershore Road at the junction of Dog Pool Lane and Hobson Road is closed while enquiries continue.”
An ambulance service spokeswoman said: “On arrival, crews found two cars had been involved in a collision.
“A man from the first car was found outside the vehicle in a critical condition.
“Ambulance crews immediately began administering advanced life support but sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, he could not be saved and was confirmed dead at the scene.
“A woman from the same car was treated by ambulance staff for injuries not believed to be serious and conveyed to University Hospital Birmingham for further treatment.
“The driver of the second car, a man, was also treated for injuries not believed to be serious and taken to the same hospital for further treatment.”
Police asked anyone with information to call the Collision Investigation Unit police on 101 quoting log number 77 of 16 October.
