JADON SANCHO is reportedly willing to HALF his current wages in order to seal a move back to Borussia Dortmund.

The winger joined Manchester United from the Bundesliga giants in 2021 but failed to live up to expectations.

Sancho, 25, has been exiled at Old Trafford and was loaned out last season to Chelsea.

During his time in West London, he showed flashes of his potential and ended the season with a Conference League winners’ medal.

However, Chelsea have not taken up the option to sign Sancho permanently, leaving him stuck at United.

The Red Devils are keen to shift the former Man City academy player and his £300,000-PER-WEEK wages.

And Sancho is believed to be willing to make a big compromise to make a move happen.

German outlet Bild have claimed that he would be willing to slash his wages by £150k-a-week to rejoin Dortmund.

This would see Sancho’s wages halved and put him among the top half of Dortmund’s earners.

He would not be the highest-paid player, as that would remain defender Niklas Sule on £230,000-a-week.

Sancho still has a year left to run on his contract at Old Trafford.

The report has also claimed that manager Ruben Amorim is “ignoring” the winger.

It adds that the 23-time England international has not even been training with the club’s other discarded stars, such as Alejandro Garnacho.

During his loan spell at Chelsea, he made 41 appearances and scored five goals and assisted 10 more.

He made his name at Dortmund between 2017 and 2021 as he broke into the first team.

He made 104 appearances in the Bundesliga and scored 38 goals.

Sancho has already made one return to the Signal Iduna Park – as he joined on loan for the second half of the 2023/24 season.

He helped the club reach the Champions League final only to lose to Real Madrid.

In total, he has played 158 times for the club, scoring 53 goals and providing 67 assists.
