United confirmed a rearranged date for the fixture will be announced when the two teams reach an agreement.
The U18s side were able to fulfill their home match against Wolves which kicked off at 11:30am.
United U23s’ clash with Spurs was set to be a goalfest as the two teams are the highest scoring in the division with each netting 29 times in just eight games.
No team in Premier League 2 has managed more yet the Red Devils find themselves in 11th place with just three wins.
Spurs are top and were hoping to maintain their 100 per cent start to the campaign but will now have to wait until December 18 when they face Leeds to continue that record.
Meanwhile the Red Devils senior team are also bidding to continue their strong Premier League form.
They are in the in-form team over the last six matches but were dealt a setback ahead of kick-off against Newcastle.
Bad weather and technical issues meant their 11am flight to the north-east was cancelled, leaving Erik ten Hag and his squad with no choice but to travel the 106 miles to St James’ Park by coach.
