The 28-year-old is now being hunted by police following an alleged assault at a home in Kettering, Northumberland.
Shocking video posted on Facebook shows McIntyre covered in blood and shouting in the street during the incident in January.
At one point he points and yells at the woman filming about being “ignored”.
The woman who shared the clip claimed he forced his way into her home and left the property looking “like a murder scene”.
Police issued a wanted appeal for McIntyre alongside a photograph.
They said: “Northamptonshire Police is appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Connor McIntyre, who has links to the Corby area.
“Officers would like to speak to the 28-year-old in connection with an allegation of assault at a residential address in Kettering on January 23.”
McIntyre was one of 15 children left with a birth defect by Corby Council’s botched clean-up of the steelworks in the 1980s and 90s.
Toxic Town showed him as a young boy with his mum Susan, played by Jodie Whittaker, growing up in the town.
Susan’s story was the focal point of the show following her fight for justice for her son, who was born with a limb defect.
She joined a group of women who successfully fought Corby Council in court.
During an interview with Netflix, she opened up about the difficulties she faced following McIntyre’s birth, saying: “Connor was born with no fingers on his left hand.
“At the beginning when he was first born, I couldn’t bear to look at his hand and it was really hard.
“But the more I looked the more I didn’t have to look at that, I had to look at him, because I loved him so much.”
Anyone who has seen McIntyre or who knows where he is can call police on 101 quoting incident number 25000045170.
