He was last spotted at Bournemouth train station on July 4 at 10.56am.

Spelman, originally from Prescot, Merseyside, left and headed towards Holdenhurst Road.

It is understood the 66-year-old may have travelled by bus or taken taxis.

Lancashire Police believe he is not staying in one area for long, and may be living in tents or at campsites.

Spelman was released from prison near Weymouth earlier this month.

He then failed to register an address with police which is in breach of his notification requirements.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: “Immediate sightings of Spelman in any part of the country, please call 999.

“Any previous sightings or information as to where he might be email [email protected].”
