MARC GUEHI has been given permission to undergo a Liverpool medical in London.
The two clubs remain in talks over a £35million deal for the Crystal Palace captain, who has one year remaining on his current deal.

Guehi has made it clear he will not sign an extension and chairman Steve Parish wanted a conclusion this summer to avoid losing him for nothing.
But the 25-year-deal is now set to sign a five year deal to join the Premier League champions.
However, manager Oliver Glasner made it clear they should not be selling their star defender following his stunning goal against Aston Villa.
The deal could risk further angering the boss, who is already frustrated by the club’s “passive” approach to the summer window.
Speaking after the Eagles 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Sunday, in which Guehi scored, Glasner said: “I told the chairman we have to keep Marc if we want to play a successful season.
“We have no chance to find the right replacement in one day. We all agreed that we just sell Marc if we have the right replacement in the building.
“We wanted a replacement by 1 July. It is 31 August and we have no replacement.
“We have this agreement so it is clear from me. He is such a crucial player.

“He is one of our key players – he is our captain.”
Guehi’s imminent switch to Liverpool – thus far the only team to also have a 100 per cent win record this season – comes with Palace set to land Igor Julio and Jaydee Canvot.
Brazilian Igor, 27, will join the club on loan from Brighton, having played 49 times in all competitions for the Seagulls in the last two seasons.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Canvot is signing from Ligue 1 side Toulouse, with a £23m deal reportedly agreed between the clubs.
Palace rejected a £65m bid from Newcastle for Guehi last year.
The England international’s exit comes weeks after the sale of fellow Three Lions star Eberechi Eze in a £67.5m switch to Arsenal last week.
Guehi joined Palace from Chelsea in 2021 for a fee of £18m.
Since then he has gone on to play 162 games for the club, scoring nine goals and captaining them to historic wins in the FA Cup and Community Shield.
