MARCUS RASHFORD may not be able to play for Barcelona even after signing for the LaLiga giants.
The Manchester United forward, 27, has arrived in Spain to finalise a season-long switch to the LaLiga champions with an option to buy next summer.

He underwent a medical on Monday, before being due to join team training Tuesday and being officially unveiled by the club on Wednesday.
But Rashford still faces uncertainty over whether he can actually play for the Catalans due to Barca’s ongoing registration issues.
According to Sky Sports’ Mark McAdam, the LaLiga giants are currently not able to register Rashford and will need to flog players to free up space.
Prior to Rashford’s medical, talkSPORT’s Andy Brassell had revealed that financial restrictions could delay or even prevent the England star being officially registered to play.
Brassell said on the Trans Europe Express show: “There’s still no guarantee, certainly if you believe Javier Tebas, the president of LaLiga, that Barcelona will be able to register him for the moment.
“That is something that we have to keep an eye on as with every Barcelona signing.
“That was what made Nico Williams back out of the deal.
“Rashford doesn’t have an enormous amount of options partly because of his salary partly because of a disappointing last couple of years even if he did show bits of his old self at Aston Villa.

“Both sides needed this to happen quite badly, which I think is great news for Marcus Rashford, it’s great news for England, and if it all works, it’s good news for Barcelona as well.”
Barcelona have been hit by LaLiga spending limits in recent years, with delays in registering Dani Olmo and Pau Victor last season, only to later have their registrations revoked.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas said the club’s financial situation also blocked a deal for Nico Williams, who instead signed a new contract with Athletic Bilbao.
Barcelona moved for Rashford after missing out on Williams and being priced out of a move for Liverpool’s Luis Diaz.

Barca are covering the full wage package for the loan but there are reports Rashford has waived image rights and bonuses to push the deal through.
Barcelona have no obligation to buy Rashford at the end of the loan but have agreed a £26million option.
Rashford was told he had no future at United under new boss Ruben Amorim despite a decent loan spell at Aston Villa last season where he scored four goals and assisted six in 17 appearances.
Villa turned down the chance to sign him permanently for £40m and Rashford has been looking for a new club since.
Ex-United team-mate Paul Pogba told streamer IShowSpeed: “I’m happy for him. United are losing a great player.”
Rashford will now hope everything goes smoothly and he can be registered and get back playing as soon as possible.
He wants to be in Thomas Tuchel’s England team for the World Cup next year.
