And according to public records, he also faces an additional charge of resisting arrest.

Marcus was taken into custody and booked at the Orange County Jail.

A snap of him looking unhappy in his mugshot has started to circulate on social media.

Marcus, whose bond was set at $4,000, has yet to comment on his arrest.

His booking comes just seven months after he was seen appearing to snort a mystery white powder.

He was seen putting the powder to his left nostril while on holiday in the south of France with his pals.

Marcus’ apparent partying ways was a key factor in the deterioration of his relationship with Larsa Pippen – the ex-wife of his dad’s former Chicago Bulls team-mate Scottie.

During an appearance on the Amy and TJ podcast, she said: “I think when you’re alone, you kind of either miss the person or realize maybe you’re not my guy.

“And I feel like that made me realize that I don’t think he’s my guy.”

She added: “I just think we’re on a different journey, you know?”

“I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing and what he’s doing, you know?

“I want him to be happy. He’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me.”

Larsa is adamant the 16-YEAR age difference between the pair wasn’t a factor in the split, saying: “I don’t think it’s the age.

“It’s just where we are right now.”

Marcus, the second eldest child of NBA legend Michael’s five children, played college basketball for the University of Central Florida.
