WATCH the horrifying moment a reckless yob hurls a seat from the third floor of Westfield, nearly killing unaware shoppers below.
The disturbing phone footage shows passersby narrowly escaping serious injuries as a youth is accused of “attempted murder” online.

After the young man, wearing a grey jumper and black tracksuits, struggles to pick up a heavy blue 4ft-steat, he launches it over a glass barrier.
As he picks it up, the boy recording says: “There’s no way this guy’s doing it.
“Oh my god.”
The clip shows it hurtling through the air, plunging past multiple escalators, before crashing down onto the ground floor with a thud.
It just missing one shopper by a fraction and others turn around in disbelief as the heavy seat smashes into the ground a foot away from them.
The boys, including the boy who hurled the seat in front, a boy filming, and another boy running behind, then turn and sprint, shouting inaudibly, as they dart up an escalator.
As they get to the top of escalator the young man turns round and says: “I can’t believe I did that.”
Two of the boys are clearly visible in the terrifying clip which was filmed on Snapchat.
On the video is written: “No way bro almost killed someone.
“Nahhh.”
The caption is then followed by two laughing emojis as the rest of the 39-second video sees them running through the shopping centre after the near-tragic event.
A TikTok user who then uploaded the grim footage their account, also added the hashtags #mad and #stratford.
Quickly the clip when viral on different social media sites causing uproar and accusations of attempted murder.
The Metropolitan Police have been tagged in multiple videos.
One disgusted X user said: “Westfield London looks like a war zone most days from what I see on line. Gang of yobs just running riot.
“Would never in a million years go there with my kids.”
Another accused the lad of attempted murder, saying: “If there was a mother and a pram with her baby underneath then no one survives that.
“It’s attempted murder and he should be found.”
More users agreed, saying: “I’m imagining this falling on an elderly person or a toddler. I’m imagining that would potentially kill someone.”
Another was shocked at the boys’ behaviour: “They knew that would cause serious harm or death, and it didn’t even bother them.
“How can we live amongst such animals?”
The Sun has reached out to the Met Police for a comment.
