THIS is the moment a mum was “manhandled” in front of her sobbing son in a wrongful arrest – as a cop now faces a misconduct hearing.
Jocelyn Agyemang was filmed struggling in handcuffs as she shrieked “get off me” following the incident in Croydon, South London.

The mum had been arrested after police accused her of not paying for a bus fare but a quick swipe of her card proved she had.
But footage of her arrest went viral and the police watchdog launched an investigation.
PC Perry Lathwood was later found guilty of assault but had his conviction quashed last September.
But the officer is now facing misconduct proceedings over the allegation that he used force against the woman.
A tribunal heard there was no lawful basis for the use of force, which could amount to gross misconduct.
Scotland Yard said the alleged breach of professional behaviour is so serious that if it is proved, the officer could be sacked.
Lathwood is also accused of using inappropriate language during the arrest after allegedly calling Jocelyn “love” and a “daft cow”.
Cecily White, representing the Metropolitan Police, told the hearing the alleged language is “dismissive and condescending”, particularly towards women.
Ms White said the drama unfolded on July 1, 2023, when Jocelyn was stopped getting off a bus in Croydon.
There were eight TfL revenue protection inspectors, two police community support officers (PCSOs) and three police officers, including Lathwood, waiting to check tickets.
An RPI and PCSO asked to check the mum’s ticket but Jocelyn, who had an appointment, told the officers “walk with me”.
Ms White said: “She had in fact already paid her fare.”
Lathwood allegedly walked towards Jocelyn and grabbed her arm before handcuffing her.
The mum could be heard begging “can you get off my arm”, “I haven’t done anything” and “get off me”.
She then shouts: “Can you get off me? This man is hurting me.”
Jocelyn continues: “You are actually hurting my arm, can you get off my please? I actually feel sick.”
Lathwood appears to yell back “stop resisting” and told her: “There’s a road behind you you daft cow, stay here”.
At one point, Jocelyn falls to the ground and demands “what for?” when told she is under arrest.
An TfL worker then asks to scan her card and Jocelyn was de-arrested after it emerged she had paid her fare.
The hearing was told Jocelyn went to A&E was given anti-inflammatories for bruising to her arm.
Ms White told the tribunal Lathwood is “obviously angry and frustrated” in the footage.
She said it was “obviously disproportionate and unnecessary to apply that use of force and to handcuff her”.
The lawyer added: “What that did was massively inflame the situation.
“Whilst it is accepted that Miss Agyemang is confrontational to the officer, in the main that is in response to his laying hands on her, and not the other way round.”
Jocelyn denied that force was used on her in response to her “physical resistance” to Lathwood.
“I don’t feel like I was resisting,” the mum told the hearing.
She also described the incident as “scary” and became tearful as she added: “The officer was very, very aggressive, he was just not nice and I don’t know what I had done wrong.
“The lack of control, I can’t explain it, he was very controlling, very dismissive.
“He was very cocky, he didn’t care about what he’d done. He just made me feel very bad.”
The tribunal continues.
