A MUM posted a heartbreaking final message before her tragic death – years on from the caravan blaze that killed son.
Erin Corner, 31, from Pontrhydfendigaid in Ceredigion, died yesterday morning after she was diagnosed with stage four ampullary cancer last year.

The terminal diagnosis came just four years after Erin lost her three-year-old son Zac in a caravan fire in 2020.
Last week, Erin posted a TikTok clip of what she believed would be her last trip out of her home.
Erin said: “I’ve made it out of the house. We’re getting fuel and heading to Aberystwyth Tesco. We made it, guys.
“Realistically this is going to be my last ever trip out of the house alive – which is quite a realisation to happen.
“This is going to be the last time I leave the house, by choice, to do something I want to do, before I die.
“Wild. Blows my mind.”
Erin first stopped at a surgery to pick up medicine to help alleviate the pain she was suffering.
She said: “So far, so good. Feeling good. Very tired. I’m feeling like it’s going to be just Tesco.
“No Home Bargains or B&M – which is a shame, but I don’t want to push myself.”
Once inside the supermarket, Erin said: “I don’t care, we’re blocking the way into Tesco.
“There are Easter things in Tesco. How insane is that? We’re literally not even over Christmas.”
LAST SUPPER
Erin got back in the car then headed for her local McDonald’s drive-thru.
She said: “My last ever dirty Maccies. I’m not a massive McDonald’s fan. Holy Moly.”
The terminally ill mum ordered three Chicken Selects, a coffee, a Galaxy hot chocolate and an apple pie.
She said: “Well guys, we’ve got the goods. It’s been an uneventful but lovely last trip out for me.
“My back is in agony. Like, I won’t lie. Other than that, I feel absolutely fine.
“So I call it a success. And I did manage to buy one new laundry set and two cosy PJ sets.
“Look at me, splashing it on myself. We’re home now – thanks for coming on my last trip out with me.”
FAMILY ORDEAL
Erin’s cancer diagnosis came just four years after Erin lost her three-year-old son Zac in a caravan fire in 2020.
Zac and his four-year-old brother Harley were having a sleepover at their dad Shaun’s caravan in Ffair Rhos, west Wales, when the blaze broke out.
Brave Shaun, 28, battled through smoke and flames in a bid to rescue both boys.
He saved Harley and despite being severely injured, he tried to get Zac, but it was too late and the fire was too intense.
At the time, doctors told Erin that Harley’s chances of survival were slim due to the extensive burns he had and he was in a coma.
When Harley woke up, he could remember that his brother had died.
Erin had previously lost her baby son Tyler after he had a cardiac arrest in December 2012 – just months after being born prematurely.
The mum told last year how she had written birthday and wedding cards for her surviving sons after getting the terminal cancer diagnosis.
She said: “They’ve already lost brothers and now they’ll lose their mum.”
